LM2773TLX/NOPB is a voltage regulator of PMIC-Voltage Regulators-DC DC Switching Regulators. It is a high performance step down switching regulator with integrated switch with a high level of integration and minimal external component count. The LM2773TLX/NOPB features a wide input voltage range from 3V to 32V, a maximum output current of 2.3A, and a fast 2A current limit. The LM2773TLX/NOPB offers a range of protection features including initialize and enable enable/disable controls, cycle-by-cycle current limit, programmable soft-start, and internal soft-start.
With the integrated switch, the LM2773TLX/NOPB is guaranteed to provide high efficiency over the entire load range, reducing wasted power and increasing power efficiency.
