The LM285H-1.2 is a micropower two-terminal Voltage Reference from National Semiconductor Corporation (NSC), providing greater than 0.45V at 10 microamps of current. It offers low output offset voltage and temperature coefficient, high ac line regulation, and input and output pin strap flexibility. The LM285H-1.2 also features high accuracy optimized output voltage of 1.2V and CMOS-compatible hysteresis level. It is available in a 6 lead SC-70 package.
