LM285Z-2.5RPG is a series without trim GP voltage reference IC in SOP package, it\'s developed by NSC. This device is extremely stable and offers very good supply voltage rejection ratio (SVRR) and temperature coefficient (TC). Moreover, this IC can operate with a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 12V.

Application field

Working principle

The working principle of LM285Z-2.5RPG is based on feeding a current into an external output load through a constant current device.
