The LM2907N/NOPB is part of the large range of Voltage/Frequency and Frequency/Voltage Converters supplied by Texas Instruments. It is a single-channel converter with integrated analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog components in a 4-pin package. The LM2907N/NOPB enables stable voltage to frequency conversion and vice versa. The LM2907N/NOPB is designed to convert between voltages and frequencies in any application where precision is essential, such as industrial control, process control, motor control and automated assembly control.

The LM2907N/NOPB converter has on-board conversion accuracy of ±1%, a wide operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, and full-scale gain of 15 Voltage/seconds which makes it ideal for the conversion of analog signals. The capability to convert between AC and DC signals, as well as between different types of frequencies means the converter can be easily reprogrammed to suit the exact needs of an application.

The LM2907N/NOPB converter is a very efficient, low-power device that requires minimal power consumption.
