The LM62CIM3 can detect a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C ( -40°F to 284°F ). It also offers selectable scales for both Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature measurements. When the internal temperature reference exceeds the temperature reading, the output voltage increases and vice versa. This process continues until the reference temperature matches the temperature reading.
