The LMR61428XMMEVM/NOPB is an evaluation board designed for efficient off-line DC/DC and AC/DC SMPS applications. It\'s an easy-to-use board with simple and intuitive connections and includes all the necessary components to power DC/DC converters, isolated regulators, and other SMPS topologies from a single 5 V or 12 V input. The board also features a wide output voltage range and is capable of delivering up to 25 watts with an efficiency >70%.
The circuit of the board consists of a synchronous buck PWM controller from Texas Instruments, the LMR61428XMME. This controller provides very high efficiency with low current ripple, allowing for wide bandwidth, and reliable operation even in heavily loaded conditions. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.80 to 17V and the board can deliver up to 25W of power. The board is also equipped with an easy to use interface to configure the board\'s operation and test the performance of the system.
