The LMR64010XMF/NOPB is a synchronous, side-biased, step-down DC-DC voltage regulator designed for a wide range of applications. It is part of the Texas Instruments family of low-dropout (LDO) DC-DC converters and is a non-isolated device that operates with input voltages from 4.95 V to 14 V and provides a regulated output voltage of 0.8 V to 5.5 V with a maximum current rating of 6 A. Its low quiescent current of only 400 mA combined with its wide array of features and protection make it ideal for applications such as telecom/datacom power systems, networking, consumer electronics, and industrial systems.The LMR64010XMF/NOPB is based on a synchronous, side-biased step-down DC-DC topology, which utilizes an internal high-side NMOS (FET) and an external low-side NMOS (FET).
