Application

Working principle

The LNK520GN-TL contains an avalanche-rugged 600V MOSFET, which allows the device to achieve a wide input voltage range. The rectified AC voltage is used to charge the boost inductor L1. The discharge of this inductor is rectified, filtered and regulated for output voltage. The operating frequency is sensed by the +FB pin.
