1. Describe

The LP5912Q1.8DRVTQ1 is a low noise LDO capable of delivering up to 500 mA of output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the LP5912Q1.8DRVTQ1 device offers low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line and load transient recovery. The LP5912Q1.8DRVTQ1 offers best-in-class noise performance without noise bypass capacitors and the ability to place remote output capacitors. The device is designed for use with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor (no separate noise bypass capacitors are required). The device has a fixed output voltage from 0.8 V to 5.5 V in 25 mV steps. Contact Texas Instrument Sales for your specific voltage option needs.

The LP5912Q1.8DRVTQ1 is designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits by providing low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and low line or load transient response. The device offers excellent noise performance without the need for noise bypass capacitors, and is stable to 1µF values with input and output capacitors. The device offers this performance in an industry standard WSON package, which is specified for an operating junction temperature (TJ ) of –40°C to +125°C.
