The LQR2W152MSEF capacitor can be used in a wide range of applications such as power supplies, inverters, switching converters, temperature control, audio/visual equipment, motor drives, UPS units, medical equipment, automotive and aerospace. It has excellent features, such as long life, low leakage current, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), and direct current (DC) link voltage rating up to 1000 volts. It is also capable of handling temperatures up to 150 °C (302°F) despite its small size and light weight. This makes it suitable for various types of applications with respect to safety and performance.Working Principle
The working principle of the LQR2W152MSEF capacitor is based on the combination of two aluminum foils, each acting as the electrode, with an electrolyte electrolyte between them and a paper separator. When electricity is applied to the electrode, an electric charge is generated at the surface of the metal, attracting ions from the electrolyte. This creates a space between the electrode and the ions that constitute its capacitance. The capacitance can be changed by varying the distance between the electrodes, which is made possible by the expansion and contraction of the paper separator with respect to changes in temperature.When the aluminum foil electrode is energized, a very thin layer of oxide forms on its surface, allowing it to hold a charge for a significant amount of time.
