The LT1162ISW#PBF is a fully integrated, high input voltage, wide operating temperature range, low power, very low current Non-Rail-To-Rail Isolated Gate Drivers. This IC is specifically designed to limit the current drain of gate drivers in isolated gate circuit applications by providing no-load gate driver current below 500uA. This IC has the capability to reduce the gate drive current to 0uA in quiescent state, making it very suitable for high frequency and high efficiency gate driving applications. This IC is suitable for signal isolation, signal buffering, gate driving and power amplification.
