One of the popular linear component components available in the market is the LTC6702IDC.The LTC6702IDC is a comparator chip developed by Linear Technology Corporation. It is a high performance, low power, operational amplifier designed for digital-to-analog applications. This device is ideal for digital-to-analog conversion, digital signal processing (DSP) applications, and general comparator applications. It has an input voltage range of -4V to +4V and an output voltage swing of +1V to - 1V. It has a total supply voltage range of 8V to 20 V. The open collector and schottky TTL outputs can be used for logic devices, or for digital-to-analog conversion. The working principle of the LTC6702IDC is based on the concept of an operational amplifier. An operational amplifier is a type of amplifier that uses two input signals in order to control the output voltage or current. In the case of the LTC6702IDC, the two inputs signals are the reference voltage (Vref) and the differential non-inverting (Vi) input. These two inputs are applied to the two input terminals of the operational amplifier (OP-AMP).
