The LX2273IDB-TR is a high-efficiency, high-current LEd Driver that supports a wide range of voltage and current needs in a small package. It is a single-channel DC-DC boost converter with a built-in circuit protection and input current monitoring features. The device is housed in a small 2x2x0.6mm, 8LD DFN package with0.4mm pitch.

The LX2273IDB-TR supports low supply current and wide input voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V witch can keep the maximum output current with good accuracy and high efficiency. The device also provides robust protection from over-voltage and reverse leakage current.
