MALCE30A Circuit Protection

MALCE30A is a type of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode, which is designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage transients. It is a two-terminal unidirectional device, providing high-speed clamping action against the over-voltage transients, most commonly caused by lightning, load-dump, or inductive load switching.
