TVS - Diodes

The MALCE43AE3 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode. A TVS diode is a specialized electronic component designed to protect other components in a circuit from very high voltages. TVS diodes are used to protect high-value components from electrical overstress (EOS) by safely clamping the abnormal voltage and dissipating it as heat.

Working Principle
