The MAX13014EKA+T is a fully integrated, single-channel, bi-directional level translator and switch. With its low cost, fast switching, and on-board charge pump, it helps system manufacturers translate single-ended signals between 3V and 5V and switch large amounts of current through several different impedance levels.
The MAX13014EKA+T is designed with an input and output control logic as well as a dynamic compensation circuit that helps to reduce the propagation delay time of the level translator. The device provides high speed switching with a maximum delay time of just 6ns. The MAX13014EKA+T can handle high speed data transmission speeds, up to 50 Mbits/s, making it suitable for high-speed industrial and consumer applications. To enhance the performance of the level translation, the MAX13014EKA+T undergoes dynamic compensation. This feature utilizes a high frequency, low amplitude noise-like signal, allowing for faster propagation delays, thereby enhancing the operation of the level translator. The device eliminates the need for external components by isolating the EMI noise from other signals, allowing them to be processed faster.
The MAX13014EKA+T is ideal for various applications such as embedded systems, digital signal processing, networking and communication, consumer electronics, and industrial automation, amongst others.
