The frequency of this PWM signal can range from 100kHz to 350kHz depending on the operating conditions.The Buck Controller uses a power stage design based on an Internal Low Side FET and an External High Side FET. The Low Side FET closes to discharge the battery or boost the output voltage. The High Side FET closes to recharge the battery or reduce the output voltage.The controller also features an Internal Over Current Protection (OCP) and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit (TSD).
