The MAX1639ESE+T DC/DC switching controller is an integrated step-up converter that allows for efficient conversion of small input voltages into higher output voltages. It is part of a family of high efficiency, low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators from Maxim Integrated. It features high frequency operation (up to 500kHz) and is designed to minimize switch node ringing and low EMI emissions.The MAX1639ESE+T operates over a wide input voltage range, from 1.5V to 5.5V and boasts a minimum output voltage of 8V, making it suitable for application in a variety of battery-powered and other low voltage applications. Its fixed frequency control circuitry and programmable switching frequency allow designers to optimize the power efficiency and response to load changes.
