MAX1967EUB+T Application Field and Working Principle

The MAX1967EUB+T of DC-DC switching controllers are a fixed-frequency, current-mode, integral-cycle PWM controllers suitable for synchronous buck DC-DC conversion applications. Offered in a space-saving TDFN-8 package and a max internal frequency of 2MHz, they are capable of providing low output noise and fast transient response. Moreover, they provide a complete range of features, including DDR termination support, selectable external pull up/down for FB, soft start, UVLO, foldback current limit, combined MAX195 dual precision bandgap junction temperature indicator, power good, frequency modulation, and adjustable external soft start.

Working Principle
