MAX3222EIDBR is an integrated, low-power, high-performance 3.3V-based transceiver designed for RS-232, full-duplex, serial port applications. The device is manufactured using a CMOS process, and it is available in the 16-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package. Designed to drive up to 48 I/O pins, the MAX3222EIDBR supports any standard application or system that requires a balanced UART or standard serial port interface.

The primary application fields of MAX3222EIDBR transceiver include modems, telecommunication systems, military and aerospace applications, automotive systems, portable computers and consumer electronics.
