The MAX338MSE/PR3+ is an analog switch/multiplexer/demultiplexer controlled by logic inputs. This device reduces system components and cost by combining transistor multiplexers, analog switches, and logic level translators into one chip. It has two analogue switchs, a two-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer with level translators, and two Schmitt-triggered, logic-controlled CMOS switches.
The MAX338MSE/PR3+ is designed to operate in the uncommitted (open-drain) condition, with pullup resistors, usually to a VCC of +5V. It is available with a 3-state or 2-state output configuration and selectable output voltage ranges. The selectable output voltage ranges are +3.3V, +5V, and +9.9V.
