MAX3223EIDWR is an Integrated Level Translator designed to translate logic signals between a standard 5-V logic system and other logic systems operating down to a 1.65-V device. It is designed with two drivers and three receivers, and offers an ideal N-channel MOSFET solution for ESD protection in a wide range of applications. It has a capacitive protection circuit that can detect and protect against static electricity. As a driver/receiver, MAX3223EIDWR provides Level Translation of both directions and allows data flow between the 4.5 V to 5.5 V CMOS logic and a 1.65 V to 5.5 V CMOS logic.
