The MAX3225CPP+ is a family of low-power, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators designed and manufactured by Maxim Integrated. The MAX3225CPP+ is a low-dropout voltage regulator that uses an internal P-channel MOSFET pass transistor to provide a regulated output voltage, independent of the input voltage and line and load regulation errors. The output voltage is set by an external voltage divider and is adjusted using an internal feedback network. The device features a low-noise voltage regulator with fast, low-latency response to load step changes. A logic-low active-low enable/disable input is provided for powering down logic and memory circuits as required. A logic-high active-high enable/disable input is available for battery backup applications such as high-temperature operation.The MAX3225CPP+ is designed to provide low-noise, low-dropout supply voltage for a wide variety of power-sensitive systems.
