MAX3232ECAE+T is a short-haul RS-232 transceiver, designed for use in point-to-point asynchronous serial data applications. It provides two Driver circuits and two receiver circuits with a single chip. With 3.3V to 5.5V single supply and up to 120kbps operation, this product is an ideal solution for portable device applications with low power consumption requirements. The MAX3232ECAE+T integrates ESD protection diodes, requires only four low-cost 0.1uF external capacitors and is fully compliant with the ITU-T V.28/V.24, RS-232, and CEA-709 standards.
