MAX3243CDWR is an integrated circuit (IC) interface device specifically designed as a small, low-power, highly efficient, 3-V to 5.5-V bidirectional voltage-level translator for RS-232 applications. It is a high-speed transceiver combining the active devices of a separate transmit (TX) and receive (RX) Open Collector driver and receiver pair, with an integrated power supply translator circuit.
