The MAX3263CAG+ is a versatile laser driver, offering a stable, high-output current of up to 1.8mA with a voltage range of 2.45V to 4.20V. Designed for applications that require precision laser power, such as laser beam steering, laser medical imaging, and fiber optic communication, the MAX3263CAG+ is a reliable, cost-effective, and easy-to-implement solution.

The MAX3263CAG+ is a dual-channel, low-voltage, MOSFET driver for driving two high-current LED strings, one in each channel. The MAX3263CAG+ has a wide input voltage range from 2.45V to 4.20V, allowing it to be powered from a single 5V supply or a combination of lower voltage supplies, if desired. It also has an adjustable switching frequency of up to 5MHz and a low-voltage disabling switchable option, making it suitable for a variety of power conversion solutions.

The MAX3263CAG+ features a low-noise, high-current integrated MOSFET driver that is capable of producing up to 1.8mA output current. The device also features a voltage option control (V CONT) to program the output voltage and current to match the particular requirements of the application. The integrated MOSFET driver operates on a wide range of supply voltages from 2.45V to 4.20V, and is specified over the full temperature range of -45°C to +125°C.

It also features a reverse polarity protection circuit that is designed to protect the device from damage in the event of an accidental reverse connection.
