The MAX3441EESA+ is a high-speed, low-power, low-voltage halt-duplex transceiver for RS-485 applications. It features full-duplex and simplex communications up to 5Mbps. This device is available in 5-pin SOT23 package, with features including Slew-Rate Control, Wake-up, Multiple-Driver Control, Thermal Shutdown, and Enable with 25μA Supply Current.
