MAX3483EPA+ is an interface IC that applies drivers, receivers, and transceivers to its application field. As a reduced version of SPI, the IC has fast, hardened communication protocol that is suitable for communication between multiple hosts and up to 127 distributed nodes. The MAX3483EPA+ uses differential signaling with the two independent receivers having robust 7 kV ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection which helps it to protect in industrial environments.
