The MAX3485CSA+T is an Ethernet/Fiber Optic physical layer transceiver and a full-featured communications transmitter/receiver that is designed to simplify the design of twisted-pair, shielded-pair and fiber-optic data transmissions. It is a single-chip solution with a variety of features that make it ideal for a wide range of industrial, automotive, communications and consumer applications.

The MAX3485CSA+T features a small package size of 30-Pin TQFN and a high temperature operating range of -40 to +85 °C to meet the demands of the communications, automotive and industrial markets. This makes the MAX3485CSA+T a great choice for high-temperature and space-constrained applications. The device also features low power consumption, high operating speeds up to 10 Mbps, and a wide supply range.
