MAX3486C/D

MAX3486C/D is a low-power, low-voltage differential bus transceiver designed to accommodate the requirements for RS-485 and RS-422 serial protocols. It contains one transmitter and one receiver and has a low-power shutdown mode that reduces power consumption. The device is designed as a port-powered RS-485/RS-422 transceiver, capable of single transmits (noise free) with terminating resistors enabled by 2-wire transceivers.
