The multiplexer is programmable and supports both a low and a high-speed mode. The serial operations are handled by a highly efficient equalization and pre-emphasis circuit design. This provides improved channel equalization on the output, allowing for longer lengths of channel lengths to be used. This equalization and pre-emphasis circuit design can be used to enhance the integrity of the delivered signal.
