The MAX3941ETG+T is a high-speed, low-power, full-duplex, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transceiver chip designed to transmit and receive data on embedded systems and interface communication systems. In addition, the chip also supports reliable garbled code detection and synchronization detection.
In addition to that, the device is designed with a single-letter cue and pause feature to relieve direction inversion issues. With the spread-spectrum clock suppression feature enabled, the chip can reduce EMI output while maintaining the highest line rate. In terms of electrical characteristics, the input logic low voltage is greater than 0.5 V and the input logic high voltage is less than 2.0 V. The output logic low current is greater than −8 mA and the output logic high current is less than 8 mA. The device is suitable for liquid crystal displays, digital video interfaces, Fibre Channel and other equivalent interface applications.
The MAX3941ETG+T has rigorous electrical protection hardware and logic circuit designs to protect the chip itself, or the other devices connected to it from damage caused by ESD, sustained high current, over-voltage, or over-temperature conditions.
