Diodes - Zener - Single - MAZS0910ML application field and working principle
The MAZS0910ML series is a new generation of integrated surface mount Zener diodes, developed and released by Littelfuse Inc., with an excellent power dissipation rating of 300mW. Unlike other diodes, it is a SOD-323F package and it delivers a vast range of features that help extend the performance and reliability of applications. This Zener diode is a type of diode that, like a regular diode, allows current to pass through it in one direction, but also operates in the reverse direction when it\'s reverse-biased. In other words, when the voltage applied is greater than the Zener diode\'s threshold voltage (also known as the Zener voltage), the diode breaks down and allows current to flow through.
The application field of the MAZS0910ML series include a wide variety of industries and applications, from telecommunications and consumer electronics to automotive, medical, industrial, and others.
