The MC100EL04DT is a versatile, configurable, four-inputs two-outputs multi-function logic device that combines the features of an AND gate, an exclusive‑OR gate, an OR gate and a NAND gate into a single package. It provides the user with the flexibility to configure the logic function as desired. The device implements the logic function with three input pins and two output pins.
The MC100EL04DT is fabricated using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology for optimum power dissipation and low drive levels. The device has been characterized for operation from 0 °C to 70 °C.
