MCF5471VR200 is an embedded microcontroller which is based on ColdFire V2/V3 mid-performance 32 bit family of processors with vector floating point technology developed by Freescale. It consists of one Flash memory and one SRAM memory. The program is stored in Flash memory and the SRAM is used for data storage.
