MCP1415T-E/MC is a monolithic CMOS controller designed for high-side and low-side N-MOSFET gate drive applications. It is a part of a family of gate drivers comprising of MCP1415T-E/MC, MCP1415T-AJ/MS, MCP1415T-EK/MU, MCP1415T-2/MC and MCP1415V-E/MC.
