.()The MIC49200WR is a linear voltage regulator type of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit). With its exemplary features, it is widely applied in electronic devices that require a regulated output voltage. It features a high maximum output current of up to 1.5A and low quiescent current of 0.8uA to improve power efficiency. It has an input voltage of up to 28V and an adjustable output voltage that is typically 3.3V, 5V, 12V or 24V. This voltage regulator is built with a wide temperature range of –40°C to 150°C and is packaged in 5-pin SOT-23 package. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant and halide free.
