The MIC6315-26D3U TR peripheral power supply supports host/peripheral split power and provides five voltage rails: VSD, VIO1, VIO2, VIMP and VPWR. The integrated voltage and current monitors sense overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit conditions and set off alerts when the conditions occur. The MIC6315-26D3U TR also features an integrated I2C/SMBus interface that allows communication between the supervisor IC and the host processor.
