The MKL36Z64VLL4 is an ultra-low-power mixed-signal microcontroller specifically designed to address the needs of battery-powered applications such as personal medical and wearable products. It combines a low-power Cortex-M0+ core with advanced analog and digital peripherals, and power management tools. The MKL36Z64VLL4 is an ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCU that is pin compatible with the other members of the Kinetis KL family. It features an 8KB of cache RAM, 12KB of on-chip RAM, up to 64KB of program flash memory, up to 4MB of user flash memory, 4KB of boot flash memory, 8KB of ECC memory, and up to 4Kbytes of device-level serial number. Other features include a low power LCD controller and an LCD/TFT display controller.
