Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, also known as aluminum electrolytic capacitors, are widely used in different electronic circuits, especially in power supply applications. The MLP113M050EB0A is an aluminum electrolytic capacitor and is characterized by high voltage, low ESR, high ripple current and high capacitance. Its main application fields include switch mode power supply, intermediate frequency power amplifier, printer power supply, welding machine, automotive and UPS.The MLP113M050EB0A uses an electrolytic film to separate the anode and the cathode, forming a pair of plates with a dielectric field in between. An electrolyte is applied, which creates an electrical path between the two plates. This is how the capacitor is able to store energy.The MLP113M050EB0A works by allowing the current to flow in one direction only, creating a store of charge between the two plates. The current flows by electrons, rather than ions, and the entire process is called capacitance.
