Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, also known as “electrolytic capacitors”, are widely used electronic components and are found in most electronic circuits. They are usually recognized by the large capacitors mounted in cylindrical cases. The most common type of this capacitor is the cylindrical aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a metalized organic film as its dielectric. This type of capacitor provides very large capacitance in a relatively small size. The most common of these aluminum capacitors, such as the common MLP263M7R5EA0C (sometimes referred to as the “263”), are also the most used capacitors in digital electronics.
