The MOC3031SR2M is a 6-pin 64500 series optically isolated triac output solid-state relay (6-pin SOP) with an LED output and two separate microprocessor ports. It is designed to switch AC load with high isolation and arc suppression capability. The MOC3031SR2M uses gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes (IREDs) and photo-sensitive triacs as the coupling elements for input and output, respectively.

MOC3031SR2M provides superior noise and surge protection, with 2500 VRMS isolation working voltage, and 200mA rating current, it has a switching voltage of 30-120VAC and the switching speed is about 10 to 40m/s. The package has a toggle symbol printed on top to indicate the AC load switching capability.
