1. Description

The Mpxv7002dp series piezoresistive sensors are the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensors, designed for a wide range of applications, especially those using microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. The transducer combines advanced micromachining technology, thin-film metallization and bipolar processing technology to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the applied pressure.
