The MSMLJ7.5CA/TR is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from NXP which is widely used for ESD protection, load dump protection, and other transients. It is an effective and easy to implement solution to protecting sensitive devices such as digital circuit drivers from voltage surges, which can otherwise cause field failures. It can also be used to protect against short-term overloads and to prevent transformer primary and secondary circuits from overloading.

The MSMLJ7.5CA/TR is a silicon-based unprotected diode which is used in a variety of applications such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial systems.
