MUR160 A0G is a 800V, 160A SenseFET, deployed as a single-phase TO-247AC (150 Amp Version) or TO-220AB (100 Amp Version). It is a high-efficiency, high-voltage, high-amperage, low-profile, and low-cost MOSFET designed for medium or large system applications. This device is designed in a single lobe structure and is made up of two MOSFETs, an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), and an integrated sense resistor in one package. Its main advantages are its high efficiency and low on-state resistance (RDS(on)), which can save system power and cooling requirements.MUR160 A0G is widely used in electric vehicle powertrain, on-board chargers, electric bikes, scooters, and sports cars.
