Introduction to MXLUPT28 Application Field and Working Principle

MXLUPT28 is a series of special transil diodes (or Transient Voltage Suppression / TVS-Diodes) produced by NXP Semiconductors. This series of TVS devices are specifically designed for low capacitance and very low threshold settings, and are highly suitable for use in high speed and data sensitive electronic circuits.
