NCP553SQ18T1 is an advanced 3- terminal adjustable low dropout voltage regulator with a current limit of up to 2 A. The IC requires no external component and provides a thermal monitoring output for over temperature protection. It is specially designed for powering systems with high current loads. Thanks to its low dropout voltage, it offers a wide range of output voltage adjustments and also enables the use of low ESR output capacitors.
