It is ideal for applications such as high-power batteries, motor control, and LED dimming.The NCP81075DR2G is a dual-channel gate driver that offers wide input voltage range and high peak output current for driving two independent N-MOSFETs. The device is designed to operate from a wide input voltage range of 2.25V to 15V and can support gate driver output voltage ranges from 10V to 25V to drive two N-MOSFETs in parallel. Each of the two gate drive channels has a separate enable input and flag output. The NCP81075DR2G operates over a power supply range of 2.25V to 15V at temperatures between -40°C and +125°C. It features a low standby current of less than 1µA and a maximum output current of 2A peak and 1A continuous. It also features adjustable rise and fall times, adjustable dead time and independent enable inputs for each channel. The NCP81075DR2G is designed to drive large N-MOSFETs in a variety of PMIC applications, including high-power batteries, motor control, and LED dimming. It has the capability to deliver higher peak currents and reduce tail current with adjustable dead time for applications such as high-side/low-side switch control, buck-boost configuration, synchronous rectification, fly-back, and more.
