Working Principle of NE555PWRE4
The NE555PWRE4 is an 8-pin programmable timers and oscillators integrated circuit. It works by having a variable voltage applied to the voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) and a resistor connected between VCO and the Timer Out terminal. When the voltage is applied, the capacitor connected to the Timer Out begins to discharge.When the capacitor is fully discharged, the Timer Out will go low. This causes the VCO to stop and the time interval is calculated. This time interval depends on the resistance of the resistor connected to the Timer Out and the capacitance of the capacitor connected to the Timer Out.To obtain an oscillation, the capacitor must be reset and the cycle repeated. To reset the capacitor, the reset pin must be activated which will cause the Timer Out to go high.
