PMIC - Voltage Reference is a class of components which offers precision reference values to serve as the basis for voltage regulation in power management applications. The REF198FSZ-REEL is a precision voltage reference device path three-terminal shunt regulator for low voltage applications. It offers a 2.048V output voltage with a 2ppm/°C drift over any packaging configurations.
